Dates to Remember:
We are going to start "Show and Tell". If your child has something to share, please have him or her bring it on Fridays. Your child needs to be ready to answer the following questions: What is it?, How long have you had it?, Who gave it to you?, and Why is it special to you? We will have "Show and Tell" on Friday afternoons. Thank you so much! :)
Monday, October 5th will be the first day to have parent volunteers assist with our guided reading groups.

Please read with your child as often as possible. Even 5 minutes a night can dramatically improve reading accuracy, fluency and comprehension.
Rocket Math has started! This should greatly enhance Everyday Math skills. Parents please spend 5 to 10 minutes practicing basic addition and subtraction facts with your child every night.
Your child can now play math games online at www.everydaymathonline.com. I will be sending home passwords and logins on Thursday, October 22nd. Please keep these in a safe place!
